Well that was quit unlucky. The main router at our rack in DC went down and as result every single server on the rack (including ours) and even our host portal went down, making us unable to communicate and get an update on the situation .
Being weekend the DC staff took their sweet time to fix the router. I really apologize for the downtime and inconvenience !
